These documents explain how Aditor Hub collects, uses, and protects your data, and the terms under which you may use our Chrome extension.
This Privacy Policy describes how Aditor Hub ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Aditor Hub Chrome extension (the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Aditor Hub is an internal productivity tool for the Aditor remote video editor team. It replaces the browser's new tab page with a creative command center that tracks tool usage, displays performance metrics, and delivers mandatory training notifications.
The Extension collects the following categories of information automatically when you use it:

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Service, including displaying your personal performance dashboard with metrics such as active hours, tool time, context switches, cards completed, invoiceable amount, and trust score. To enforce mandatory training completion by detecting overdue training modules and displaying a gate screen that prevents access until the training is completed. To generate aggregated, anonymised team-level analytics that help Aditor understand tool adoption and team productivity patterns. To send browser notifications about newly available training materials.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of Aditor Hub.
Your data is stored in two locations:
chrome.storage.local API on your device. This data is accessible only by the Extension.All communication between the Extension and our Supabase backend is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Row-Level Security policies ensure that each user can only read and write their own data. Administrators can view aggregated team data for operational purposes.
We retain your usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is shared only with the following sub-processors, strictly as necessary to operate the Service:

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Rectification. You may request that we correct inaccurate data.
Right to Erasure. You may request that we delete your personal data. Note that deletion of your account data will remove your access to the Service.
Right to Object. You may object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aditor Hub Chrome extension and associated web application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Aditor ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
The Service is an internal tool made available exclusively to authorised members of the Aditor team. Access is restricted to accounts with an @aditor.ai email address or accounts that have been explicitly whitelisted by an administrator.
You agree to use the Service solely for its intended purpose: accessing your work dashboard, monitoring your performance metrics, completing required training modules, and launching approved creative tools. Any other use is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service. You agree not to:
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the training gate or any other enforcement mechanism of the Service. Attempt to access, read, or modify another user's data. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Extension beyond what is already publicly available in the repository. Share your authentication credentials with any other person.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aditor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aditor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
